Occupational Health and Safety

As Yepsan Defense and Aviation, we aim to minimize the risk of accidents in our enterprise.

In line with these objectives, we continue our works to minimize risks of occupational diseases and accidents by addressing each department individually in our field of production with the principle of “destroying at source.” To integrate occupational safety procedures that have been prepared in theory into the field in the best way, we enhance operational safety through field visits and board meetings, to which the department heads and representatives of the employees attend actively.

In line with the training plans we prepare for our employees annually, we carry out our training activities to minimize the risk of "human-induced accidents" in terms of both legislative requirements and specific to our enterprise.

We observe the field practices of the trainings organized with our department chiefs and managers, and we ensure that the problems are resolved as soon as possible. Ensuring that our machines work safely and efficiently in the working environment by providing security requirements in international standards is among our principles.
